11 MONTH BUILDER WARRANTY INSPECTION
Most builders offer a 12 month warranty on their workmanship and materials. Having a month 11 inspection uncovers any defects that might exist before a builders warranty expires.
NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION With all that is going on with a new build and surrounding new builds, it is not uncommon for things to get missed. A new construction inspection will find any defects that may have been forgotten or unseen.

THE INSPECTION
As an Arizona state licensed inspector, I follow the comprehensive standards of professional practice set forth by the state of Arizona. I inspect, take pictures, and focus on the safety and condition of all the following components when visible and accessible:
