Who Is Sonny?
Simply put, with over 30 years experience in remodeling and construction, and extensive knowledge of a home’s components, home inspection was a natural next step for Sonny. He wanted to learn as much as he could about the home inspection process and its role in the real estate transaction. So for two years leading up to being licensed as a home inspector, he has worked with realtors to complete repairs for buyers and sellers that were found during the real estate home inspection process. He took home inspection courses and trained with licensed inspectors in doing home inspections and reporting. He joined home inspection organizations for continuous education and certifications, and continues to grow his knowledge. Now Sonny performs home inspections to help buyers make an informed decision.Sonny understands the importance for a buyer to know the condition of a property to help make an informed decision on the purchase of a home or investment. His goal is to give the client a clear understanding of a properties condition in a clear easy to understand report.
